Loved it - will come again!
Location is fantastic and the shuttle buses are awesome. Very comfortable bed!
Could do with cheaper food options but the family mart is great.

It was a good hotel, unfortunately we didnt get to use all the facilities available.
I like it proximity to the Narita airport and free shuttle services available. I liked the family mart down stairs and post box near the hotel.
Cleanliness wise it was average, the floors were carpeted and smelt clean unfortunately I just noticed just by change black mold under the sink rim.

Could be a 4star with a little more love and consistency.
Cost of the room and in house Family Mart. Buffett breakfast, awesome!Helpful staff. Shuttle bus to/from the airport and shopping mall. Excellent room service. Very pleasantly surprised. Huge shower and bath (book a japanese style room)
Expensive dinner options. Lunch and dinner was cost prohibitive and not aligned with price of rooms. Rooms start at AUD102 22sq We paid AUD$240 for an executive room 32-38sq but it was old and tired. Asked for the next available room type, a Japanese style suite for only an extra AUD40. Gorgeous room 69sq with futon beds, 2 doubles + 2 singles. A lounge, 2 tvs, a Bose speaker, fridge, kettle and a huge bathroom. Twin sinks, separate toilet and huge shower and bathroom. Check in staff should be offering paid upgrade options when available. This would not only increase profit but leave a better impression too. Low cost (Western style) rooms are small and 3 stars is generous. The room we stayed in was easily a 4 star. Pool disappointingly is only open between 3pm-830pm and room check out is 11am so make sure you have a dip before dinner! Gardens need colour or at least some greenery. Looks very scarce and grey. Even plastic plants would look better than the desolate, depressing grey. Lobby is otherwise welcoming.
